Many a time in our lives we forget to give thanks for the many little blessings life has bestowed upon us . Sometimes we even feel we have nothing to be grateful for. BUT deep down we know that is a lie. There is so much to be grateful for from the last meal you had to the very air you breathe .

What does it mean to be grateful?

  • Your family from your parents, siblings , spouse , kids just name them all .
  • The friends you have, not everyone has friends they can count on .
  • Proper functioning body parts and organs. The number of people in hospitals suffering from various complications is not small. Give thanks because you are all well .
  • The free air you breathe. So many people are in the hospital being oxygenated and paying for that oxygen expensively every single day.

Normalize a culture of gratitude. Let gratitude be your default mode at all times , because no matter how bad, ugly, terrifying things look and are, it could have been worse . 1. Hi this is somewhat of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding expertise so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
